At Rhythm of Hope, we believe all children deserve the indispensable experiences and lessons that dance provides, regardless of their socio-economic status. Studies show that dancing helps to reduce stress, increase levels of the feel-good hormone serotonin, and develop new neural connections, especially in regions involved in executive function, long-term memory, and spatial recognition. We love getting to share our knowledge of and passion for dance with the rest of our community and witness the joy it brings to each child we teach.

Rhythm of Hope established six chapters within private schools located in the DFW area. Each chapter is responsible for fundraising, teaching classes, and organizing events.
